Job Overview

Direct and oversee Aquafax’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short-and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Manage the external sales, customer service and technical sales and support teams and ensure that they meet and exceed their annual targets, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine annual sales targets in conjunction with the Group Sales Director, by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends, and results
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
  • Manage the customer service team to ensure that they deliver excellent customer service from start to finish
  • Manage the technical sales and support team to ensure that they deliver excellent technical support and service from start to finish
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales and KPI targets are met
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Provide weekly reports of sales team success and communicate VOC data to the Group Sales Director
