Job Overview

Due to our continued growth and success, we now require a top performing OEM Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role is to specialise in building our OEM customers in conjunction with the OEM Account Manager and Internal Sales Manager. In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-person contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company. You will be expected to keep up to date with all the latest products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.

Essential Job Duties

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with OEM Account Manager and support the role
  • Focus on supporting OEM’s internally with guidance of the Internal Sales Manager and OEM AM
  • Support other Internal Sales Coordinators in accordance with ISM, offering guidance when able
  • Pass feedback to ISM and OEM AM reference improving service to our customers
  • May be required to visit customers on occasion in line with OEM AM’s requirements

When not occupied with the above tasks, this role will take up the responsibilities of an Internal Sales Coordinator, these include:

  • Processing sales orders onto the system and taking payment, where necessary and up selling where applicable.
  • Listening and understanding the customers’ requirements, to advise them on a suitable product.
  • Learning our customer base and understand the different needs and priorities to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Liaising with our External Sales Executives to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Logging any complaints over to our customer service team.
  • Contacting transport companies for delivery and tracking information, where applicable.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Company representation at Trade shows.
Essential / Desired Skills
  • Have experience in sales working with OEM’s
  • Possess market sector knowledge of the Caravan or Motorcaravan industry
  • Are comfortable building, and developing relationships with customers
  • Thrive on new challenges and are a natural problem solver
  • Are action-oriented, extremely well organized and can multitask effectively
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Are motivated by achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating a winning attitude
  • Are customer orientated with an aptitude for Sales & Customer Service
  • Have strong writing ability and email etiquette
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Can work well within a team and on your own
